All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window & Conditions
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attached
- Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance items (as indicated in our menu)
- Altered or tailored garments
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn or damaged merchandise
Return & Exchange Process
Complete our Returns & Exchanges Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
Carefully package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your return authorization email and original packing slip.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card Refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process to your PayPal account
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective merchandise.
Exchange Requests
For exchanges, please indicate your preferred alternative item in your request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund and notify you immediately.
International Returns
International returns are accepted following the same process outlined above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
